UP Government Launches Month Long DASTAK Campaign to Eradicate JE and AES

• The Uttar Pradesh government has launched a massive door to door campaign named “DASTAK” to eradicate the deadly Acute Encephellitis Syndrome(AES) and Japanese Encephallitis(JE).
• The campaign has been launched in association with UNICEF. The month long campaign will run from 1 to 31 July, 2019.
• the Slogan of DASTAK is ‘Darwaja khatkhatao, AES aur JE ko Bhagao’.
• Under the campaign, teams will go in every village of the state to create awareness about the communicable diseases as well as JE and AES.
