India-US Hydrogen Task Force Formed to Achieve Clean Energy

The US-India Hydrogen Task Force has recently been formed jointly by the United States Department of Energy (DOE), India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and US India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF)
This task force has been set up under the US-India Strategic Clean Energy Partnership (SCEP).
It represents industry and government stake holders to assess technology status, study innovative policy options, and make recommendations.
The task force will jointly work towards the collective goal of decarbonizing high-polluting industrial sectors and achieving a greener, cleaner planet.
The U.S. India Hydrogen Task Force will help to scale up technologies for producing hydrogen from renewable energy and fossil fuel sources and bring down the cost of deployment for enhanced energy security and sustainability.
