England’s Zena Wooldridge appointed as World Squash Federation President
- Zena Wooldridge from England has been elected as the new President of World Squash Federation (WSF) [Headquarter-Hastings, United Kingdom].
- She replaces outgoing President Jacques Fontaine, from France, who was elected President in 2016.
- Wooldridge is the 10th WSF President, since the inception of the federation in 1967, and will serve for minimum four-year term.
- She is also the second female to be elected for the post after New Zealand’s Susie Simcock.
- Before this, Wooldridge served as President of the European Squash Federation between 2013-2019.
