- Actor Vijay Sethupathi launched the mobile App ‘DigiCop’ of Chennai Police. The app will enable the user to track the status of stolen two-wheelers and cell phones.
- The app, DIGI COP can tell a buyer if the mobile phone they have purchased second hand is a stolen mobile or not. The user can also lodge mobile theft complaints using the app.
- The user can also know if their stolen two-wheeler had been traced by the police. Using DigiCop App, people can verify IMEI, report lost two-wheelers and phones, know the nearest police station, police news and traffic alerts.
