Union Minister Anurag Thakur launches e-Photo Exhibition “Making of the Constitution” and Virtual Film Poster Exhibition “Chitranjali@75” to celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

The Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting, and Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Anurag Singh Thakur and Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region of India, Shri G. Kishan Reddy jointly inaugurated an e-Photo exhibition titled “Making of the Constitution” and Virtual Film Poster Exhibition named “Chitranjali@75”, on August 27, 2021.
The event was organized by Ministry of I&B to celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
The e-photo exhibition aimed to inform people on the making of the Constitution, and encourage the youth of the country to learn about the Constitution, educate them on their rights as well as their duties towards the nation.
The “Chitranjali@75 represents 75 years of Indian cinema, with focus on the sacred memories of our freedom fighters, our social reformers and the valour of our soldiers. It comprise of 75 film posters and photographs from different language cinemas.
The main objective of the event was to showcase the journey of New India and celebrate the contribution of freedom fighters including the ‘Unsung Heroes’ of the freedom struggle through massive outreach activities.
