SAIL Chairman Soma Mondal Elected as Chairman of SCOPE

The Chairman of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Soma Mondal has been elected as the new Chairman of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE).
Mondal has been elected for a term of two years (2021-23), with effect from April, 01, 2021.
She would succeed Mr. Rakesh Kumar of NLC India Limited (NLCIL).
Apart from this, Shri Pradip Kumar Das, CMD, IREDA has been elected as Vice Chairman, SCOPE.
SCOPE is an apex professional employers’ organization in India representing the Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
