Sachin Tendulkar Becomes 6th Indian to be Inducted into ICC Hall of Fame

  • The Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar has been inducted into the International Cricket Council (ICC) Hall of Fame in 2019. He is the sixth Indian to be inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame.
  • South African pace legend Allan Donald and two-time World Cup-winning Australian woman cricketer Cathryn Fitzpatrick have also joined the Hall of Fame in 2019.
  • Now the total inductees in the list has become 90, which includes 8 women.
  • To become eligible for induction in the Hall of Fame, a player should have played his last international match at least five years before.
