Priority Sector Lending Certificates volume Rs 3.3 trillion in FY19
- The volume of priority sector lending certificates (PSLCs) increased to Rs 3.3 trillion in FY19. The volume of PSLC in FY18 was Rs 1.9 trillion and in FY17 was Rs 50,000 crore.
- PSLCs are Certificates that enable banks to achieve the priority sector lending target and by purchasing these PDLC instruments in the event of a shortfall.
