- Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was on a day long visit to Jodhpur where he inaugurated ‘Parakram Parv’ — an exhibition to commemorate the second anniversary of surgical strikes conducted by the Indian Army against terror camps across the Line of Control in 2016.
- The 3 days exhibition inaugurated at the Jodhpur Military Station has been orgainsed by the Konark Corps to showcase Indian Army’s combat capability.
- He also paid homage to martyred soldiers of 1965 and 1971 wars at Konark War Memorial and attended the Combined Commanders’ Conference at the Jodhpur Airforce Station.
