Mastercard Partners with Singapore-based Atlantis to Expand Digital First Program in India

The payments technology company Mastercard has partnered with Atlantis, a Singapore-based financial technology company, for the expansion of its Digital First Program in India.
Under the Digital First Program, users will be able to use their cards/accounts for digital transactions within minutes of application, without the need to wait to receive a physical card.
The initiative will provide users with a technology solution that will enable them to enjoy a digital banking experience, from online shopping to purchase at physical stores.
The Digital First program was launched in 2019 by Mastercard in partnership with Apple.
- It is enabled by a fully digital online application and issuance process, including video KYC (in collaboration with Signzy).
