PM-led Panel Selects Sanjay Kothari as Central Vigilance Commissioner
- Sanjay Kothari, the Secretary to the President, has been selected as the new Central Vigilance Commissioner by the high-powered committee headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
- The three-member panel has also selected former Information and Broadcasting Secretary, Bimal Julka, as the new Chief Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission. He currently serves as an Information Commissioner.
- Apart from this, Suresh Patel has been named as Vigilance Commissioner and Anita Pandove as Information Commissioner.
