Komalika Bari wins World Archery Youth Championships
- Seventeen years old Komalika Bari from India has won the Gold Medal in 2019 World Archery Youth Championships by defeating Japan’s Waka Sonoda in recurve cadet women’s final.
- She is only the third Indian archer to hold a world title. She is the second Indian archer to become world champion in the Under-18 recurve women’s category.
- Apart from this The Indian junior (U-21) compound mixed team of Markoo Raginee and Sukhbeer Singh won Gold Medal at World Archery Youth Championships.
