Jet Airways’ Chairman Naresh Goyal resigns
- Naresh Goyal, the founder and promoter of Jet Airway has resigned as the Chairman of the company. He has also resigned from the board of the Jet Airway along with his wife Anita.
- Jet Airways was facing a serious financial crisis and had defaulted on loan payments and payments to its vendors, delayed salaries, grounded a majority of its planes and canceled hundreds of flights in the last few months.
