Indian Army Conducts Massive Exercise ‘Chang Thang’ in Eastern Ladakh Bordering China

  • The Indian Army conducted a massive military drill code named as Exercise Changthang Prahar, in Eastern Ladakh bordering China, for testing and improving its war-fighting capabilities.

  • Such massive rare exercise has happened for the first time in the region.

  • The exercise was conducted at ‘super high altitude area’ of over 12,000 feet and involved all arms and services of Army including tanks, artillery and helicopters. Indian Air Force also took part in the drill.
