India, Indonesia joint naval exercise 'Samudra Shakti' held in Bay of Bengal

The Indian Navy and Indonesian Navy Bilateral Maritime Exercise ‘Samudra Shakti’ was held in the Bay of Bengal on November 06 and 07, 2019.
This was the second edition of Samundra Shakti. The joint exercises include manoeuvres, Surface Warfare exercises, Air Defence exercises, Weapon firing drills, Helicopter Operations and Boarding Operations.
Anti-submarine warfare corvette INS Kamorta is jointly exercising with Indonesian warship KRI Usman Harun in this naval exercise.
