India and Denmark jointly launch Centre of Excellence on Offshore Wind

• The Union Minister for Power and New and Renewable Energy, Shri R.K Singh and his Danish counterpart, Mr. Dan Jørgensen, Denmark Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities, jointly launched ‘Centre of Excellence on Offshore Wind’, as part of the Green Strategic Partnership.
• The Danish minister accompanied by a delegation of officials is on visit to India to hold meeting for cooperation in the field of Renewable Energy with focus on Offshore Wind Energy.
• During the meeting held on on September 09, 2021, both sides agreed to further cooperation in renewable energy, especially offshore wind and green hydrogen.
