- IDBI Bank has announced that the board of IDBI Bank has approved to divest its entire stake of 19.18% in Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL).
- Asset Reconstruction Company India (Arcil) is the oldest ARC entities operating in India, founded in 2002. Headquarter- Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- ARCIL is owned by State Bank of India (SBI), IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank and Punjab National Bank (PNB), and other foreign investors.
