- Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu inaugurated the country’s first Geographic Indication (GI) store at Dabolim International Airport (Goa Airport) on January 28, 2019.
- These GI stalls aims at promoting local product and handicrafts manufactured locally, to boost local talent and manufacturing. In Goa, the stall would sell cashew nuts and related products.
