Global Day of Parents: June 1

The Global Day of Parents is observed on the June 1 annually every year to appreciate all parents in all parts of the world for their selfless commitment to children and their lifelong sacrifice towards nurturing this relationship.
The Day was proclaimed by United Nations in 2012.
The 2019 Global Day of Parents theme is “Honor Your Parents!”
