Geoff Allardice appointed as Permanent CEO of International Cricket Council

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has appointed Geoff Allardice as the permanent CEO of the International Cricket governing body on November 21, 2021.
Allardice was serving as interim CEO for more than eight months.
He replaces Manu Sawhney who officially resigned from his position in July 2021.
Allardice is a former Australian first-class cricketer.
