Fitch Ratings Affirms India’s Sovereign Rating at ‘BBB-‘ with Negative Outlook
- Rating agency Fitch Ratings has kept the sovereign rating of India unchanged at ‘BBB-‘ with a negative outlook.
- Earlier, Fitch had estimated GDP contraction of 7.5 percent in 2020-21 and growth of 12.8 percent in the fiscal year FY22, followed by 5.8 percent in FY23.
