Eminent Assamese litterateur Sashi Sarma Passes Away
- Eminent litterateur, writer, academician and intellectual from Assam Shashi Sarma passed away following ailing health conditions.
- He was 89.
- As per Sarma’s wish, his body has been donated posthumously at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital for research activities.
