Delhi Police Launches Mobile App ‘Tatpar’ for Citizen-centric Services
- The Delhi Police has developed a unified mobile application named ‘Tatpar’ for its citizens to provide more than 50 citizen-centric services in a single app.
- The app was launched by Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on September 18, 2019.
- Tatpar App amalgamates over 50 services of Delhi Police, including important websites, mobile applications and helpline numbers, and has been classified in three categories: home, information and social.
- The app is a one stop solution for services like e-FIR registration, directions to nearest Police Station or prepaid taxi booth, traffic services, facilities for senior citizens, missing person services among others.
- Citizens can also share information to police about a suspicious vehicle or person or of a crime using the app.
