DBS Bank Tops 2021 Forbes ‘World’s Best Banks’ List in India
- DBS Bank has been ranked as the top Bank in India, out of 30 domestic and international banks in the country, in the World’s Best Banks 2021 list for India, released by Forbes magazine.
- The 2021 World’s Best Banks is the third edition of the list and DBS bank has retained the top spot for the second consecutive year, in the list which is prepared based on customer satisfaction.
- The CSB Bank stood at the second place, followed by ICICI Bank at third spot.
- Forbes has partnered with market research firm Statista for this survey.
- Customers rated banks on overall recommendation and satisfaction based on 5 key attributes namely:
1) trust
2) terms and conditions
3) customer service
4) digital service
5) financial advice
