‘Black Panther’ star Chadwick Boseman passes away at 43
- American actor Chadwick Boseman, who became a global icon for his role as Black Panther in the hit Marvel superhero franchise, has passed away after battling cancer since past four years from 2016.
- He was 43.
- Chadwick made his Marvel superhero debut as T’Challa/Black Panther in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, after which he became a household name.
- Black Panther then got his own stand-alone movie that was released in 2018, and broke box office records.
- He appeared as the character in two more films namely Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
