'Black Panther' star Chadwick Boseman passes away at 43

American actor Chadwick Boseman, who became a global icon for his role as Black Panther in the hit Marvel superhero franchise, has passed away after battling cancer since past four years from 2016.
He was 43.
Chadwick made his Marvel superhero debut as T’Challa/Black Panther in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, after which he became a household name.
Black Panther then got his own stand-alone movie that was released in 2018, and broke box office records.
He appeared as the character in two more films namely Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
