- Knight Frank India, the leading international property consultancy, has released the report titled ‘Insights on Co-living – An Asia-Pacific Perspective’, that tracks markets’ possibility of success as co-living destination.
- Mumbai has occupied the fifth position in the 2019 Asia Pacific Co-living Index and has emerged as the top potential market for Co-living among Indian cities
- Beijing has topped the index while Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong occupy the top four slots.
- The 2019 Asia Pacific Co-living Index covered 20 major Asia-Pacific cities.
- Other Indian cities in the index are New Delhi (11) and Bengaluru (19).
