Axis Bank inks cloud computing deal with AWS for digital transformation

Axis Bank has inked a multi-year deal with Amazon Web Services, (AWS), the cloud computing arm of e-commerce giant Amazon, to power the digital transformation programme of the bank, for meeting the growing demand for its digital banking services.
As a part of the deal, India’s third-largest private sector bank, will take help of AWS services to build a portfolio of new digital financial services for bringing advanced banking experiences to customers, including online accounts that can be opened in under six minutes and instant digital payments.
