Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu Inaugurates 24 kW Dikshi Hydroelectric Project
- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated the 24 kW Dikshi Hydroelectric Project at Rupa in West Kameng district of the state.
- It is the first hydro power project of the state to be developed by a private company.
- The mini-hydroelectric project has been developed by Hyderabad-based firm Devi Energies Private Limited on the Phudungto river.
- The project is also the first independent power project of its kind in the Northeast.
