Aaple Sarkar Chatbot launched for Maharashtra
The government of Maharashtra has launched a Chatbot named Aaple Sarkar for the people of the state of Maharashtra to access information regarding the 1,400 services provided by Maharashtra Government to its people. The Aaple Sarkar chatbot aims to provide ease of access to the people. You can download the chatbot from the link given in the post.
Who has developed Aaple Sarkar Chatbot
The Aaple Sarkar Chatbot has been developed by Maharashtra Government in association with Haptik an AI based startup.
Use of Aaple Sarkar Chatbot
The Aaple Sarkar chatbot will provide information on 1,400 public services of Maharashtra Government. The RTS Chatbot is very useful for the people of the state Maharastra. Some of the services are enlisted below;

Use of Aaple Sarkar App
Aaple Sarkar app provides the citizen of Maharashtra a good platform to seek the redressal of their grievances. You can file your grievances with:
a) District administrations if your problem is related to the working of Village/Taluka/District level offices
b) Mantralaya level/ Department Level if your problem is related to policy or working of Mantralaya/ departments

Languages in which Aaple Sarkar Chatbot is available
The Aaple Sarkar Chatbot chatbot is available in English and Hindi. It will soon be extended to Marathi and Gujarati language too. This will allow the people even in remote part of the state to connect with the services of Maharastra Government.
