Second Edition of Indian Navy-Vietnam Peoples’ Navy Bilateral Exercise Concludes

The second edition of the bilateral maritime exercise between Indian Navy and Vietnam Peoples’ Navy (IN – VPN BILAT EX) was held off Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam from April 13 to April 16, 2019.
IN Ships Kolkata participated in the exercise comprising of a harbour and a sea phase.
The exercise aimed at strengthening mutual confidence, inter-operability, sharing best practices besides boosting maritime engagement between the Indian and the Vietnam Peoples’ Navies.
